Santa is associated with a snowy curly hair and beard and a red costume. If you endowed with a full beard, then you are one of those lucky people who are always ready to play Santa. But if you are not, then you need to buy a Santa beard and wear it properly so that it does not come off when you are playing Father Christmas. Whatever the weather condition, your beard should stay in place. Follow the steps given below to wear your Santa beard securely so that it does not come off.
- To ensure that your Santa beard does not come off, the first thing to do is to get a good quality beard that has a sturdy elastic that will not break when stretched.
- Try to get a beard which has a moustache attached so that there is additional support for the beard.
- After you put on the costume, wear the beard before the wig. The beard will have elastic attached to it that will go over the ears. It will have to be tightened and adjusted. Wearing the wig after the beard will cover the adjustment so that it is not visible.
- Use a little spirit gum when wearing the wig and the beard. It will help to hold these accessories in place. The spirit gum, in addition to the elastic, will ensure that the Santa beard does not come off.
When you are playing Santa Claus, you will have small children tugging your beard. To avoid any disaster like your beard coming off, secure it properly. Don’t forget the moustache and the eyebrows. They all have to be the same color. After you use it, store it properly in a plastic container so that you can use it again.
